Jessica Sanderson specializes in providing civil litigation and arbitration services, investigation, and legal and compliance guidance to clients focusing primarily on areas such as international trade compliance (including trade sanctions and export control classifications and licensing), anti-bribery/anti-corruption law, fraud, False Claims Act, and white-collar crime. Ms. Sanderson began her career more than 30 years ago at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, and since then she has worked at Big Law, in-house for a publicly traded company, on FCPA/UKBA compliance monitorships, at a boutique white collar firm (where she represented a witness in the 2019 Congressional impeachment hearings), and as a solo practitioner.
