Throughout her career she has focused on client relations and developed strong communication and organizational skills. These experiences laid the foundation for her transition into executive support, where she focuses on maintaining smooth operations and ensuring both clients and team members have everything they need.

Outside of work, Lanessa enjoys exploring new places, watching procedural shows like Bones and Law & Order, taking her son to fun family events, and spending time with family, friends, and her clingy dog.
