Ralph Flick

Of Counsel

Ralph represents businesses of all sizes in corporate transactions, management, and governance with a focus on corporate finance, securitization, and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Ralph has work on a wide range of finance transactions for clients including mortgage securitizations, warehouse financing, and a corporate REIT conversion. He also has experience in securities law and exchange compliance as well as advising corporate clients regarding strategic transactions. In addition, having served both as in-house and outside general counsel to firms of all sizes, he has experience in contract formation, negotiation and execution including for employment matters, software implementation, real estate purchase, sale, and lease and other general contract matters.

Ralph has almost 30 years of experience practicing transactional business law for a wide range of clients with experience in-house (for both large publicly traded companies and for private companies of a range of sizes), with a large law firm, and as a solo practitioner. In addition to his law practice, Ralph is also a tenured professor of business law at an AACSB accredited business school.
